District 3 President

Brittany Perry

What got you started in FFA?

I got started in FFA purely because of the fact that I had lived on a Dairy Farm all of my life. In 8th grade my school finally got it's charter, so I thought that it would be a great way to combine my love of dairy with other types of agriculture. Ever since my first meeting I have been hooked!

Favorite FFA Experience:

My favorite FFA experience was my first National FFA Convention in 2009. I remember being overwhelmed by all of the blue jackets and the overpowering excitement of the National Officers. From that point I knew that I wasn't going to be a normal FFA member; I wanted to get as much out of the organization as I possibly could. This is the reason that I ran for State office.

Favorite Thing about FFA:

My favorite thing about FFA is the fact that there is something for each and every person who in the organization. Whether you're interested in raising animals, crop production, or public speaking there is something for each and every member.

Pump Up Song:

What are you looking forward to the most as a State Officer?

This year I am really looking forward to meeting many incredible people that are within this organization. The members are the reason why there are State Officers. The members are the reason why we serve. Meeting these people will remind me of why I decided to serve in the first place.
