Bob Watson Memorial Scholarship

Kaylie Ackerley, left, chats with Dean Smith and Ann Givens, members of the New York Farm Equipment Club which awarded her the Bob Watson Memorial Scholarship for 2008.

Robert Watson was a long-time member of the New York Farm Equipment club. More importantly, he was an FFA member, advisor and agriculture teacher for many years. He continued to support FFA activities long after his retirement. His leadership and support of FFA are the basis of this scholarship.

The Bob Watson Memorial Scholarship is a $500 award that will be given for one year and is not renewable.

The Bob Watson Memorial Scholarship will not be awarded at the 2010 State Convention but will still be awarded to an FFA member in 2010.
