Hi, everyone. Besides being involved in FFA, I run cross country and track, and I dance. I love to be outside, spend time with friends and family, and to just have FUN! I live on a pig farm with about 200 pigs. We also have 35 beef cows. We grow field corn and wheat on our 310 acres. Throughout my years in FFA I have competed in Food Science, Job Interview, and Livestock judging. In Food Science our team won at the state level, and got to compete at Nationals where we received a bronze medal. In Job Interview I competed at the district, sub-state, and state level.I also got to compete at the Big E in Job Interview where I received first place. In Livestock judging our team received fourth and I was fifth individually.
My SAE is in Porcine Production. I have my own herd of pigs that I raise and sell to make a profit. Through my years I have been able to expand the size of my herd, and buy new equipment. After high school I plan to attend college to major in environmental law and possibly minor in political science.
I am extremely excited for this year, and am honored to be serving the NYS FFA members! If you ever need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I hope to see you all soon!
