Blue and Gold Award
The New York FFA Association has established the Blue & Gold Award as an opportunity to recognize those individuals and businesses that have continuedto demonstrate outstanding service and dedication to New York Agricultural Education and FFA Association; this is awarded to persons who have already received their Honorary Empire Degree.
The NY FFA Association holds recipients of this award in highest honor, not only do they receive a beautiful plaque, but they will also be invited to a reception in their honor at the Annual Convention.
The start the Blue and Gold Award Award began at the 75th Anniversary of the NY FFA Convention. At that time we recognized the first ten Blue & Gold Recipients. Then in the following year of 2001 a policy was created stating that we will recognize only two recipients per year. Please take time to carfully consider those individuals that have been, and continue to be New York Agricultural Education’s greatest supporters and friends.

Blue and Gold Application
