The 2012 conference was packed with exciting activity based workshops that addressed the needs of our constantly changing agricultural and agri-science programs. Over 95 agricultural educators and guests attended the event. The activities presented this June helped teachers to achieve new goals while developing their own personal teaching styles and abilities. The NYAAE organization works to promote agriculture to students in grades K-12 to enhance lifelong learning and an appreciation for all fields of agriculture.
New York FFA has offered its Small Animal Care Career Development Event for years, but in 2012 a new opportunity became available to students with passions in the care and health of small animals.
