The New York State Leadership Training Foundation, Inc. (NYSLTF) is a board of volunteers that work to ensure the financial stability and well-being of the New York FFA Association. Comprised of representatives from a variety of groups (FFA state staff, New York State Education Department, agricultural educators, agriculture and industry representatives and a state officer representative), the board meets throughout the year to steer the Foundation in directions of economic growth that will enable New York FFA members to receive funding that will encourage excellence and enable growth.
In addition to raising money and supporting the New York FFA Foundation, the Foundation Board also acts as an important influence on the Oswegatchie Educational Center. The NYSLTF helps to make immediate and long-term decisions affecting New York FFA's favorite educational destination, Camp Oswegatchie.
